Water is your friend!

We all know that water is essential to life. This is hardly surprising given that 75% of our total body weight is water, 80% of our brain is water and 90% of our blood is also water.
So, is the typical '8 glasses a day' really enough to keep the body hydrated and maintain optimum health?
Water is essential for digestion & absorption of nutrients, circulation & excretion, building tissue, body temperature regulation and moistening bodily tissues such as eyes, lungs and organs. As the weather warms up and you lose more body fluid through sweat it becomes even more important to ensure that you consume adequate water to nurture your body.
The '8 glass per day' idea is a general guideline!
To all the coffee lovers, for every cup of coffee you drink, you should be drinking at least 4 cups of water (over and above the '8 glass per day') in order to flush out the toxins.
Drink water! your skin will love you, and so will we!
