  • All shipping is carried out through Australia Post eParcel which is a trackable service with signature required on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

  • Our orders are delivered in 2 - 3 business days anywhere in Australia. We do however not provide insurance but will replace any packages if a mistake or damage occurred. If you are outside the Australia Post Express Post network you may experience a one day delay.
